Premier School of Real Estate was started by Howard Jones in 2006. We are the only state-wide real estate school in South Carolina. We are fully accredited by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission. All of our instructors are licensed by the Real Estate commission and maintain the CDEI designation from the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO). All of our instructors are full-time brokers with more than 20 years’ experience… so the old adage “Those who can’t do, teach” doesn’t apply here. You will learn real-life lessons from The Best in the Business!

Unit 1 Only: $399
New Licensee All-Access Membership: $599 includes Unit 1 and Unit 2
Post-License “Unit 2”
Once you finish Unit 1, you’re ready for your advanced training in Unit 2. This is where you learn how it really is “on the streets”.
All of our instructors have more than 20 years of experience so you’ll be learning from the best in the business.

Continuing Ed
Once you have your license, you’ll be asked to take some additional classes. The requirements vary by state, but we’ve got you covered here too.
We will help you determine how many hours you need, and how often.
We will help you plan your calendar so you never receive a surprise email or letter from the your Real Estate Commission.
